It is very normal and knowing that it is very normal doesn't make you feel any better about it. Allow yourself the time to grieve a little and play through the what-if's a bit. Allowing it in a little will make it easier to move past it, too. I very much understand this feeling and have been in a similar position, and it just takes some time.
